Your rental should return in the same condition it arrived. If cleaning is needed, we keep it simple: a clear flat dry-cleaning fee is shown upfront on every item.

  1. Keep it fresh. Return every item clean and ready to love again, or the displayed flat dry-cleaning charge applies.
  2. Be on time. Late returns are charged at 1.5× the daily rental rate for each additional day.
  3. Wear with care. Damage protection covers minor repairs. Significant stains, tears, or lost items may require replacement costs.
